Before you register at One, take five minutes to read this guide — it could save you time and money. This practical walkthrough covers everything from account creation to bonus math, deposits, security, and troubleshooting. Whether you are new to online casinos or a seasoned player, these steps will help you get the most from your experience.
Prerequisites
- A valid email address and a mobile phone number for verification.
- Proof of identity (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) — required for KYC checks before withdrawals.
- Access to a supported payment method: credit/debit card, e-wallet like Skrill or Neteller, or bank transfer.
- Age verification: you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).
- Stable internet connection and a modern browser; the casino is a progressive web app (PWA), so no app store download is needed.
- Understanding of your local tax laws — winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos, like this one, may be subject to income tax, so set aside a portion if required.
Creating Your Account
- Navigate to the casino’s website and click the “Sign Up” button.
- Fill in the registration form with your personal details: name, date of birth, address, and contact information.
- Choose a username and a strong password. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Select your preferred currency and, if applicable, enter a bonus code (check the promotions page for current offers).
- Agree to the terms and conditions, then submit the form.
- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. You may also need to verify your phone number via SMS.
- Complete the KYC process by uploading your identification documents as soon as possible to avoid withdrawal delays.
Calculating Your Bonus
Bonuses at this casino typically come with wagering requirements (playthrough). Let’s say you claim a welcome bonus that offers a 100% match up to $200, with a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Here is the math:
Deposit: $100. Bonus received: $100 (100% match). Total balance: $200. Wagering requirement: 35 × $100 bonus = $3,500. You must wager a total of $3,500 before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus. If you also deposit $200, the bonus is $200, and the requirement becomes 35 × $200 = $7,000. Always check the terms for game contributions — slots usually contribute 100%, table games may contribute only 10–20%.
To estimate your expected return, use the house edge. For a slot with 96% RTP (house edge 4%), your expected loss per $100 wagered is $4. Over $3,500 in wagers, the expected loss is $140. That means your $100 bonus has a positive expected value if you are disciplined, but it is not guaranteed profit. Manage your bankroll accordingly.
| Deposit | Bonus (100%) | Wagering Requirement (35x) | Expected Loss (4% edge) |
|---|---|---|---|
| $50 | $50 | $1,750 | $70 |
| $100 | $100 | $3,500 | $140 |
| $200 | $200 | $7,000 | $280 |
Deposits & Withdrawals
Depositing is straightforward: go to the cashier, choose a payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Minimum deposits typically start at $10–20, and processing is instant for e-wallets and cards. For withdrawals, e-wallets usually process within 24 hours, while bank transfers can take 3–5 business days. The casino may have a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction (e.g., $5,000) and a weekly limit. Always verify your account before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays. Remember that some payment methods, like credit cards, may have additional fees, so check the terms.
Security
This casino employs SSL encryption to protect your data, and two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for extra security. Use a unique password, enable 2FA, and never share your login details. The casino holds a Curacao license, which means it is regulated but not as strictly as MGA or UKGC licenses. For EU players, be aware that winnings may be taxable locally; consult a tax advisor if unsure. Always gamble responsibly and set deposit limits if you feel the need.
When Things Go Wrong
Even with smooth operations, issues can arise. Here are common problems and how to solve them:
- Withdrawal pending for days: Ensure KYC is complete, and check the processing times for your chosen method.
- Bonus not credited: Read the bonus terms; you may need a code or a minimum deposit. Contact support if it fails.
- Game not loading: Clear your browser cache, update your browser, or try a different device; the PWA ensures compatibility.
- Account frozen: This often happens due to incomplete verification or multiple accounts; contact support immediately.
- Lost password: Use the “Forgot Password” link and follow the email reset instructions.
- Identity verification rejected: Upload clearer copies of your documents and ensure they are not expired.
Common Questions
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawal times vary by method: e-wallets typically take 24 hours, credit cards 2–5 days, and bank transfers up to 7 days. Processing also includes a review period that can take up to 48 hours.
Can I claim the welcome bonus with any deposit?
Usually yes, but the bonus may have a minimum deposit threshold (e.g., $20). Check the promotion’s terms to see if any bonus code is required.
What is the wagering requirement?
It’s the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw. For example, a 35x requirement on a $100 bonus means you must wager $3,500.
Are there restrictions on game contributions?
Yes, slots contribute 100% to wagering, but table games like blackjack may only contribute 10% or less. Always verify in the terms.
Is this casino licensed?
Yes, it holds a Curacao license, which ensures basic fairness and security, but it may not offer the same player protections as EU licenses.
Do I need to download an app?
No, the casino is a progressive web app (PWA), so you can launch it from your browser and add it to your home screen for convenience.
Extra Tips
If you plan to play regularly, join the loyalty program. It typically offers tiers such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You earn points for every wager (e.g., 1 point per $10 wagered). As you accumulate points, you unlock perks like cashback, free spins, higher withdrawal limits, and a dedicated account manager. The higher your tier, the better the rewards — for instance, Platinum members might get 10% cashback weekly and priority withdrawals. Check the promotions page for the exact earning rates and tier thresholds.
In conclusion, taking time to understand how the casino works before playing will enhance your experience and help you avoid costly mistakes. Use this guide as your checklist, and remember to gamble responsibly. Good luck!
